Indy Bash

This is a three day event Aug 15-17. How many are wanting to go for all three days or just Saturday and Sunday? I know Rob, Fish and myself are wanting to get a hotel room but some hotels are already booked so we need to decide soon and get a block of rooms booked. It sounds like we will need more rooms then what we had at Slamology. Good news is using Priceline we can usually get the rooms cheaper then the event price. Bad news is there is no guaranty we can get a hotel with a pool, the rooms have to be paid in full up front, there are no refunds. and some of the event hotels are requiring a two night stay. I will be happy to book and put them on my credit card but I'm only going to book the rooms that are covered in advance.

Any thoughts?

Rob and I tried for almost and hour trying the get a nice room at a good rate and finally got a room at the Marriott for $157 (total) for two nights so if 6 people sleep in a room it would be $26.20 per person for the whole weekend. I used Priceline and bid $64 per night to get the room. The hotel is 7.93 miles from the event. If you want me to book a room for you then get me the $ as soon as possible.

so whoever is going, who wants to room with me and sam...jerry has enough for his room, we need enough for anouther room. if we just get 4 people, its $40 a person. so i need 2 people at least. me and sam will pay $80, unless more join the room. 2 more people and were good. (earl we did good before, you and vicky game?)

are the females going to this show,bc cam was wanting to go. and ill role with you friday afternoon fisher, bc I don't get off work til 4. and me and cam can stay in ur room if that's cool, if earl stays also, I will just bring my airm matress and sleep on it.

he needs money as soon as possible and he has 1 room booked so far, he will book the rooms as he gets the money.
