PostSubject: afc   Mon 20 Apr 2009, 9:00 pm

if i can find one im going to need some help on installing a afc and then tuning. i already have a AEM wideband air/fuel gauge and a AEM true boost controller hooked up. the only other mods to the engine is pretty much its a JDM imported swap with greddy intercooller, HKS BOV and a custom turbo back exaust.

safc will help you tune fule and air ratios only. high boost is a componet of that, but you do not need a safc unless you have bigger injectors or fuel pump. running high boost does not really have any thing to do with it. you should have a logger of sum kind to see what the engine is doing. HONDATA id for hondas only and he has a toyota so that wont do him much good. ppl tune dsms with safc and run over 500whp

Well as it stands right now I'm running really rich so even tho I don't have bigger injectors or a different fuel pump, using the safc would make my car run better and I could squeeze out some more power.
