true story...turbo is cheap HP.... all motor builds are more expesive and dont get the as much HP. the trick is not to drop compression too low... if you run hondata...id say 9.1 compression

surprisingly..... an all motor build is gonna be cheaper for me. i dont know how but it is. even if i do go all motor, i SHOULD still be able to break into the 12's. thats my goal if i go all motor. if i boost it though.... im pretty sure i could hit low 11's or high 10's but that would be spinning 3/4 track lol. you know what im talking about roades lol

i have done alot of reseach...mainly comparing what the 11, 10 sec guys have that i dont and there is alot of money to break into those low numbers... its just not hp that gets you down the track... alot of guys have to build there tranny to handle the power. wieght reductions, suspension upgrades, motor: pistons, rods, bearings, bolts, crank, cams, cam gears, head work, valve spring, valve seals, retainers, intake manifold, throttle body, clutch, fly wheel, axels. . . then you have tuning, your fuel managment, handata, tuning time dyno time. either way your looks @ over 10 gs...

i have around 2000 in performence upgrades on my turbo and im still only at high 13s so its going to take a lot of money to build a NA motor to run 13s.

yeah its gonna take a lot of work but if you think about it.... there are so many boosted B-series motors out there that it gets kind of boring. i want to do something a little different and actually be able to control the car. i love boost but its gonna cost more to boost it than it will to run all motor. ive been doing a lot of research on it and yeah boost is quick and cheap power but why have all that power if you cant even get all of it to the ground. there are 400hp GSR's that have lsd and they still cant get traction on drag radials. i dont see the point in spinning most if not all the track and risk grabbing finally at 120+ and blowing the transmission to pieces.
